DRIVING YOUR CAR TO FLORIDA & BACK
We have a number of cars we take between the north and a winter home in Florida in fall, into the new year, and reverse in later winter or spring. Some go for just a month or 6 weeks. We are happy to try and work with your plan with lead time. Main Line Driver is a Philadelphia, Suburban based driving service. So any pricing mentioned in this text, or quoted in reply to a request, is a plan that's round trip for driver back to Philly.

We have made this as simple as we can, and those using us have been very happy. This is the outline for driving a car between Philly and Florida. Once your plan is revealed we will estimate based on your details, to get the price and variables, your project will cost.
The standard plan for the driver, is 2 nights and 3 days between PA and Florida. We move it along, but aren't going to break a land speed record doing this, no matter the incentive.
I take one night in the Carolinas and one at my sister's in the Orlando area. I usually get on the plane and sleep at home at the end of day 3. If that isn't possible due to your plan, if I need to stay an extra night, then that's a billable extra.

If one of the end points isn't Philly, then likely another air or train fare will apply, to get the driver to your home + consideration of driver's time on your route. If you are going to the panhandle, odds are the stop at my sister's won't be part of the plan, as stopping there is out of the way.
We accept Cash, Checks, VENMO and Zelle for payment in $US
Sample Budget:

1) There is a Driver's Fee that is generally $775, for this plan to/from Florida, from Philly. That covers his time, 1 night in a motel on the road, 1 night near Orlando with my sister, & food.

2) Gas for the trip is additional.
3) Tolls are also extra, but hopefully you have EZ-Pass or the UPGRADED SunPass, both of which work in the two systems. (I'm told the regular SunPass needs an upgrade to work in the north. They could have changed. Best check.) I need to know what toll system you have bought.

4) Then moving the driver to and from the car is additional.
4A) Air, train to return driver to Philly in the fall, and getting him to the car in the spring.
I need to hear the local Florida airport, or train station that's best to use when I search for transport, and full addresses for each end so planning can be done.
4B) Train/Uber - Getting to and from the car, on both ends. My home to yours to get the car, and from the Florida home to an airport and my ride from PHL back home. Any you can handle yourself, saves costs.
